SHIPPING POLICY

1. Delivery area

Retail Store AU currently ships to addresses within Australia only.

International shipping is not currently available.

2. Order processing

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will generally begin processing on the next business day.

Processing may take longer during public holidays, promotional periods, unusually busy periods or where additional order information is required.

3. Shipping services

Available services may include:

• Australia Post Parcel Post; and
• Australia Post Express Post.

The services available for an order are displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping charges

Shipping charges are based on the total recorded weight of the products in the order, an allowance for packaging and the selected delivery service.

The applicable shipping price is shown before payment is completed.

Shipping rates may be updated when carrier prices or our packaging requirements change.

Where checkout cannot provide a suitable shipping option, please contact us before placing the order.

5. Estimated delivery periods

After dispatch, Australia Post generally estimates:

• Parcel Post: approximately 2–6 business days; and
• Express Post: approximately 1–3 business days.

Delivery may take longer for regional or remote destinations.

Express Post does not guarantee next-business-day delivery for every postcode. Delivery periods begin after dispatch and do not include our order-processing time.

6. Tracking

Tracking details will be sent to the email address supplied with the order where tracking is available.

Tracking events can take time to appear after a parcel has been lodged.

7. Delivery addresses

Customers are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address.

Please contact us promptly if an address needs to be corrected. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

Additional postage or redelivery costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete customer-supplied address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

8. Carrier delays

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Retail Store AU is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, network disruption, public holidays, industrial action, natural disasters, peak demand or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will provide reasonable assistance where a parcel is significantly delayed.

9. Missing or damaged parcels

If tracking shows an unusual delay, or an order arrives damaged, please contact us with:

• your order number;
• photographs of the parcel and item where relevant; and
• a description of the issue.

Do not discard damaged packaging until the matter has been reviewed, as the carrier may require photographs or inspection.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by this policy.

10. Authority to leave

Where a carrier leaves a parcel in accordance with its delivery procedures or customer instructions, responsibility for the parcel may pass to the recipient once delivery has been recorded, subject to applicable law.

Choose a delivery address where the parcel can be received securely.
