These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Retail Store AU website and to purchases made through our online store. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Customer information

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract to place an order. You must provide accurate and complete information, including your delivery address and contact details.

3. Products and fulfilment

We take reasonable steps to describe and display products accurately. Product colours and appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, screen settings, packaging changes and normal production variation.

Our catalogue includes products held for retail sale and clothing made to order by specialist production partners. Made-to-order products enter production after payment is confirmed. Products in one order may be prepared at different fulfilment locations and may arrive in separate parcels.

We may correct genuine errors in product descriptions, availability, prices or other store information when identified.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges are displayed separately at checkout. Payment must be successfully authorised before an order is processed.

We may decline or cancel an order where payment cannot be verified, an item is unavailable, the order contains an obvious listing error, fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected, delivery cannot be made to the supplied address, or accepting the order would breach applicable law. If payment has already been received for an order that we cancel, the relevant amount will be refunded.

5. Order acceptance and cancellation

An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. An order is accepted when fulfilment begins, dispatch is confirmed or we otherwise confirm acceptance.

Contact us immediately to request cancellation. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered production, processing or dispatch. After dispatch, the Returns & Refunds Policy applies.

6. Shipping and delivery

Retail Store AU currently delivers within Australia. Shipping services, charges, processing information and delivery estimates are explained in our Shipping Information and displayed at checkout where applicable.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Delays may occur because of production time, carrier disruption, weather, public holidays, customs processing, peak demand, incorrect addresses or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Returns, refunds and consumer rights

Change-of-mind returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where goods fail to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, the customer may be entitled to an appropriate remedy.

8. Hygiene-sensitive products

Opened, used or unsealed shampoos, colognes, grooming products and other hygiene-sensitive products might not be accepted for a change-of-mind return. This does not limit rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed products.

9. Website use

You must not use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, interfere with its operation or security, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, or provide false information when placing an order.

10. Intellectual property

The Retail Store AU name, branding, original written content and original promotional material are owned by or licensed to Retail Store AU. Manufacturer names, trademarks, product photographs and other third-party material remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Third-party services

Our store uses third-party services including Shopify, payment providers, production partners and delivery providers. Those services may have separate terms and policies. Retail Store AU is not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Retail Store AU is not responsible for loss caused by incorrect customer-supplied information, unauthorised use of a customer account or payment method, delays outside our reasonable control, or use of a product contrary to its instructions or intended purpose.

Nothing in this section limits liability or consumer rights where liability cannot legally be excluded.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our operations, services or legal obligations change. The version published on the website applies from its effective date and does not remove rights applying to completed purchases.
